OPERATION ELEVATE

Operation Elevate is an upskilling program in partnership with TD Ready Commitment that helps individuals prepare for the jobs of tomorrow.

 

The program provides training opportunities to youth and mid-career individuals in Indigenous communities experiencing economic development through their participation in Project One Circle. Project One Circle initials unique up and coming career opportunities in agriculture projects such as greenhouses, aquaponics, food forests and community gardens.

 

The program provides training, certifications and networking opportunities, increasing participants employability skills and income stability.
